so we flow… started with a realisation. Men who did any yoga were wearing ultra technical branded sportswear, old gym rags, cut-offs and bohemian mash-ups - or any combination of all 4. And still never feeling quite right.

And yogis weren't the only ones. Climbers, traceurs, calisthenic athletes and movers of all shapes and sizes, abilities and backgrounds appeared to be overlooked...

We saw the need for fit-for-purpose men’s movement clothing: to be the perfect fit for any man’s discipline and day-to-day life, yet flexible enough to embrace individual style.

But that’s only half the story. Yoga has changed our lives, and our friends and families’ lives, for the better. Fact is we want more men to put their bodies and minds into motion and get the same rewards. Hopefully, so we flow… will help make movement more accessible and effortless for all men - beginners and experts, introverts and extroverts, fanatics and casuals.


so we flow... is open to interpretation. To us it means that whatever happens, there's nothing to fear - just see where life takes you.

To quote Heraclitus, "Nothing endures but change".

Both our logo and the terminus to our name, the ellipsis or '...' is an extension of the same idea. Going with the flow, taking a moment's pause, an unfinished thought or simply trailing off into silence…

Quite a beautiful thing if we say so ourselves.


We launched our first range in late 2017, with organic, sustainably-produced cotton yoga clothing. As time passes, we are steadily adding timeless pieces to our collection - combining the understated aesthetic and construction of British workwear, with a purpose firmly committed to movement and utility.

We continue to search for recycled or natural fibres that can replace our current materials and maintain or further improve functionality and durability.

We produce our clothing at a family run factory in Portugal, with people we trust and are proud to be associated with. Each piece is designed and constructed with the promise of outstanding quality, functionality and versatility.


Two fundamental rules guide what we do...

1. To create functional, thoroughly tested clothing with men's (and the World's) best interests at heart.

2. To inspire, teach and simply make it straightforward for men to move.
