Thea Cutting is one of our yogi models and runs a gallery in Southwold where she illustrates ceramics, and sells paintings, prints, and cards.   

 A Henham Yoga regular, Thea says, “Yoga relaxes me and stops me feeling stressed. I love feeling strong and stretched, especially after beach yoga. I find it is so good for the soul.”
