What is Acroyoga?

Acroyoga blends yoga and acrobatics to form a practice that builds awareness, focus, connectivity and a sense of fun. This yoga type includes yoga poses, flying, inversions and partner acrobatics and is performed mainly in pairs, or in small groups.

Acroyoga is more physically demanding than many other types of yoga, is great for strength building and for relieving tension and stress, as well as developing that all important sense of balance.
