What is Windfire Yoga? 

Windfire Yoga is accessible for people of all levels, as it does not require advanced suppleness or muscle power. 

Created in 1992 by Godfrey Devereux, now known as Godfridev, Windfire Yoga is a systematic, somatic exploration of the relationship between body, mind and consciousness as expressions of a single spectrum of intelligence. Relying as it does on the inherent intelligence of the body, rather than flexibility, skill or strength, Windfire Yoga is a type of yoga that allows anyone to enjoy a seamless transition from separateness to integration.
