What is Svastha Yoga?

Created by A.G. and Indra Mohan, Svastha is a Sanskrit word meaning 'complete health and balance.' Svastha Yoga is the type of yoga that combines Raja Yoga with Ayurveda and is rooted in the teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya – yoga master, scholar, and healer. This integrated approach, combining a physical practice with dietary and lifestyle recommendations, is personalised to the needs of the individual.
