What is Svaroopa Yoga?
Svaroopa Yoga is a healing style of yoga that uses a variety of yoga poses to alleviate stiffness in the body, leaving you feeling flexible, supple and rejuvenated.

Created by Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, Svaroopa - meaning 'self-knowledge' – Svaroopa Yoga classes use a technique called 'Core Opening' to decompress the spine, lifting pressure off the nervous system, organs and muscles so that energy can flow without blockages.
Starting at the base of the back, this type of yoga works on releasing the tension in the muscles around the spine, in order to allow more fluid movement and better relaxation throughout the body.
