What is Post-natal Yoga? 

 

 

 

 

 

Post-natal Yoga is beneficial for exhausted mothers, as it’ll help calm nerves, loosen tight muscles and release tension and pressure from the body, which has built up over the pregnancy. 

 

Postnatal Yoga helps mothers regain their pre-pregnancy body, especially around the pelvic floor and abdomen. This type of yoga can also help promote patience, calm and relaxation in what can be a stressful time. Postnatal Yoga classes also have a great deal of crossover with mum and baby classes, encouraging bonding between parent and child.
