What is Partner Yoga? 

 

 

 

 

 

The word ‘yoga’ means union in Sanskrit, and Partner Yoga aims to do just this – unite two people through sharing experiences, nurturing trust and strengthening communication. 

 

This type of yoga stretches muscles using the weight and resistance of the other person's body. Partner Yoga can also be used to develop personal relationships and intimacy.
