What is Mudra Yoga? 

 

 

 

 

‘Mudra Yoga is the type of yoga that incorporates Mudras, which are symbolic hand and finger gestures, used to guide energy flow and rewire the brain into healing thought patterns.

 

Mudra’ means “closure” or “seal” in Sanskrit. Through practicing Mudra Yoga, we focus upon redirecting our energy inwards, focusing on the internal Self and instilling a sense of calm.
