What is Kripalu Yoga?
Kripalu Yoga is a transformative school which wants to extend the benefits of the yoga class beyond the mat and into the life of its students. Kripalu Yoga classes use breathing exercises and yoga poses in a relatively gentle fashion, with the level of difficulty determined by the student.

Kripalu Yoga is an approach to yoga practice emphasising meditation and breathwork, encouraging an inward focus on the spirit and true Self. Like all types of yoga, Kripalu Yoga has many benefits. Practicing it not only initiates a gradual process of physical healing in the body, but also of psychological growth in the mind, and an awakening of the spirit.
