What is Jivamukti Yoga?
Jivamukti Yoga is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, which combines physical yoga with meditation. This type of yoga is more of a whole-life approach compared to other yoga styles.

Created by David Life and Sharon Gannon in 1984, Jivamukti Yoga is based on five principles, designed to feed strong relationships with the practitioner and their community. These principles are: universal compassion including vegetarianism and animal rights, devotional practices which approach God/Self-realisation as the goal of yoga, the study of ancient scriptures, physical and mental health through 'deep listening', and meditation.
