Gentle Yoga can refer to a variety of types of yoga classes, taught by teachers from various yoga disciplines. This type of yoga is often considered easier, more restorative, less intense and quieter, in comparison to other types of yoga such as Power Yoga.  


Gentle Yoga is for people who want a slow practice that relaxes and restores. It's often recommended for people with injuries and chronic back problems. This type of yoga is also great for older people, beginners and the more experienced practitioner who wants to counterbalance a more dynamic practice.
