What is Freedom Style Yoga?
Created by Erich Schiffmann, Freedom Style Yoga offers three practices: meditation, asana/poses, and 'the rest of the time'. Teaching that each of us is an expression of all that is trustworthy - 'Life, Love, Truth, Presence, GOD' – practitioners of Freedom Style Yoga tune into their heart and conscience, trusting in what they discover, bringing their innate creativity and wisdom to daily life.

Freedom Style Yoga is a type of yoga that is suitable for people of all fitness levels – beginners and advanced yogis alike. Whilst it is not a strenuous practice, it does require the development of self-confidence, and self-trust, and a dedication to self-exploration.
