What is Forrest Yoga? 

 

 

 

Forrest Yoga doesn’t just emphasise a transformative experience on the mat – it also teaches how to carry this approach into daily life. This type of yoga challenges students to access their whole being – not just body, but also mind and spirit.   

 

Created by Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga aims to help its practitioners with physical and emotional pain, using yoga poses and breathing exercises that are intensely physical, internally focused, and compassionately taught. Forrest Yoga draws on elements of Native American culture to create a yoga style that is both physically beneficial and emotionally restorative.
