What is Core Strength Yoga?
Core Strength Yoga is a type of yoga that mixes traditional yoga asana and bespoke poses/twists. It aims to stretch and strengthen the back, hip, thigh and abdominal muscles. Sometimes the core is described as an energy centre. It's often a dynamic practice, moving on the breath in a vinyasa flow.

Core Strength Yoga is suitable for people of all levels of fitness – from beginners to advanced yogis alike. It focuses on activating the abdominal muscles, which helps to improve posture and abdominal cramps.
