What is Bikram Yoga?

Founded by Bikram Choudhury in the 1970s, Bikram Yoga is the type of yoga with a set of 26 yoga poses conducted in a room heated to 105°F at 40% humidity. Each pose is performed twice in a 90-minute class.

Although there are other 'Hot Yoga' methods, Bikram Yoga refers specifically to founder Bikram Choudhury's sequence of poses and accompanying breathing exercises.
